This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, away from all the tourist attractions, which made it peaceful and relaxing. Secondly, the staff was exceptional. From the friendly and helpful reception team to Mr. Siva Prasad and his restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with excellent AC to beat the heat, and the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy all appetites.

All in all, everything was just fine.

It made our trip to Pondicherry a comfortable experience. One could dine at restaurants such as Crescent Pondi 10 minutes away. Even the Pondicherry airport was not so far. We liked the fact that we chose ginger pondicherry.

Though there are some unpleasant stinks from the canal, the nearby shopping street is perfect for those who want to indulge in some shopping. The rooms are well-maintained, and the service is fantastic, making for a pleasant stay.
